How to buy
1. Select the merchandise
In our e-shop with sofas you don’t have to spend time registering and you may immediately start to shop. In the left side of your screen, select from our catalog which contains hundreds of items that are organized into three basic categories of sofas. After clicking on a specific category (reclining/fabric/leather), selections of all products that belong into that category appear. By clicking on a price or picture of a sofa, the detailed information for the selected sofa appears. Under the main picture on the left you will find two additional photos that provide detailed views of the sofa (for example, multi-functional aspects featured by the sofa). Next to the detailed photos you will find the dimensions. To the right of the photos you will find all parameters and important information about the product. Under the detailed photos are photos of all related products which form a part of the sofa set. By double clicking on the photo, all detailed information about the sofa set/taboret or chair will appear. You can find the sofa most suitable for you by using the search function which is located in the top right corner. You can search by price, manufacturer, color, or category and similar.
2. Putting merchandise into the shopping basket
Select the button Order with the picture of the shopping basket (the button is located in the detail of the product underneath the price of the product). With this step you will be transferred to the shopping basket to the right where you can select the quantity of the product. Now you can select Continue Shopping and ad additional parts of the sofa set into your shopping basket. When you have all the requested products in the basket, continue by clicking Order.
3. Order – contact information (step 1/3)
In the Order – contact information section complete your contact information – information marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Next you select method of payment. It is possible to select from the following: the first option is payment by bank transfer; second option is payment by credit card; the third option is payment in cash to the delivery company. If you choose, input the invoice information and click continue to be transferred to Step 2 – Order Summary. After carefully checking the ordered merchandise on the Order Summary, select Send Order.
4. Confirmation of Order
In the Order/Payment section complete your contact information - information marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Next choose payment method. It is possible to select from the following: the first option is payment by bank transfer; the second option is payment through e-banka; the third option is payment by credit card, fourth option is payment by cash to the delivery company. After completing all columns in the order form, and following a careful review of the ordered sofa set, selecting the payment method, click Send Order.
5. Confirmation of Order
A confirmation of your order together with a copy of the invoice will be sent to the email address that you indicated in your order. If you do not immediately receive the confirmation (which can be caused for example by inputting a wrong email address) please contact us immediately. In case you selected payment by bank transfer, you will receive an automatic reply that we will contact you by telephone within 24 hours following receipt of payment in our account and we will agree with you exact delivery details. In case you selected payment by credit card, you will receive an automatic reply that we will contact you by telephone within 24 hours following receipt of payment in our account and we will agree with you exact delivery details. In case you selected payment in cash to the delivery company, you will receive an automatic reply that we will contact you by telephone within 24 hours following receipt of payment in our account and we will agree with you exact delivery details.
